So you aren't sure what you need to do? Here's a few things to think about and how the process usually works.
You think you might need a new roof. Small leak last winter? Debris on your roof? Remodel needs to be tied in? Maybe just a repair?
We can give you a consultation and an estimate on the cost and things to consider, like:
Type of roof: Composition shingle? 25 year? Dimensional shingle? Metal roof? Lifetime warranty? Difficult low slope section? Older addition?
If your roof is a big part of what you can see, you want it to look good. Either way, you want something that works and doesn't leak.
When you call us, we'll ask you questions about your roof, the basic size, condition, pitch, what you are looking for. Don't know? That's fine too.
We'll schedule a time to come out and see it. We'll measure the roof, look for any structural problems, see if you have multiple layers, make sure there is proper drainage and water flow, etc.
We'll give you our recommendation as to a roof repair or a new roof installed. We'll also let you know if it will require a roof tear off, if you have visible dry rot or other problems. Water damage spreads and causes much deeper issues in the form of dry rot, ruined insulation, stained sheetrock - all which can be very costly and difficult to repair.
You'll get a price for everything you need. We've been in business for many years, we've seen it all and we know how to get it done right.
Once you've got a contract, our crew will come out and get it done. Some jobs are only a day or two, others take more than a week - depending upon size and complexity. We will tear off the old if required, fix any strucutal problems with new wood or other materials, install new drainage pipes or systems, install seamless gutters if wanted, and then put it all back together with best in the business materials.
At the end of the job we'll make sure it is all done right, cleaned up and ready for whatever mother nature brings for many years to come.
